Our 5 Step Process
We understand that setting up care can be overwhelming, that's why we've simplified it into a five-step process. Our team will assist you throughout each step and provide ongoing support. The effort put into securing quality care for your loved one will be highly rewarding.
1
Contact Us
Make a connection through our website or telephone at (509) 322-3274. Our office staff are available Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm and Friday 10AM-2PM. If you call after hours your call will be forwarded to our on-call supervisor. If we are assisting another client and you reach our voicemail we will return your call as soon as possible.
2
Phone Interview
Our office staff will take the time to fully understand your unique situation. We will gather your personal information and assess what services will help you or your loved one. Service options will be discussed that best meet your physical and financial needs. At the end of the conversation an In-Home Assessment will be scheduled.
3
Complimentary In-Home Assessment
One of our highly trained administrators, Kellie, or Savannah, will conduct an in-person meeting with the client or their loved one at their home. This meeting will enable us to gather comprehensive information about the client's needs and work collaboratively with them to create a customized Care Plan that meets their unique requirements.
4
Selection of Senior Care Provider
Our top priority is to match the client with a caregiver who aligns with their preferences, and we take this responsibility very seriously. This means considering factors such as personality, experience, and availability. By taking the time to carefully choose the right caregiver, we can help ensure that your loved one receives the best possible care and support.
5
First Day of Care
The initial day of receiving care can evoke mixed emotions of excitement and nervousness. It's crucial to maintain open communication with your caregiver and express your preferences as you become more familiar with them. Our aim is to ensure that you both have a positive experience.
